Voorburg
Project description
The rear facade of this single-family home in Voorburg has been moved by 3 meters by means of an extension, creating space for the realisation of a spacious kitchen and dining room. This was an important wish of the residents, to create a cozy and spacious kitchen with  openness to the living room and the outside space for the kids to play outside.

The kitchen plays a central role in the interior, where the owners regularly prepare dinner for their guests.  Due to the social and open and playful character of the owners, a colorfull feature wall in bright orange was chosen. The rest of the materials have therefore been kept as light and neutral as possible, with light oak veneer fronts with both a handle strip and push-to-open system for the tall cabinets and drawers in the kitchen island. By mainly using bright colors and materials, the interior remains light and looks more spacious.

The kitchen is completely custom-made, with the most modern built-in appliances, such as a hob with integrated extractor, oven, combination microwave, an under-counter sink and Quooker Combi. If you would like a custom kitchen that is precisely tailored to your wishes, please contact Alexandra to discuss all the options.
